Last week, I sent in my new Gen3 G17 for warranty service for first jamming (fixed with new ejector by Glockworx), then brass flying everywhere, on almost every round.

Any idea of the average turnaround time on warranty repairs by Glock?

It really depends on the workload when your pistol arrives. No one here can predict turn around time, but I would expect less than 4 weeks. Any aftermarket internals will be removed, returned to you, and replaced with factory parts.

I sent in a G26 early last fall, at the peak of Gen 4 returns and it was 3 weeks. I sent in a G19 and then a G23 late last year and the turn on each was about 2 weeks. I suspect 10-14 days now.

I sent my G17 out last Thursday and it showed up at work today. Fast turnaround!!

Glock is kind of shy on details of what they did to the gun. The paperwork says:

    INSPECTED
    UPGRADE
    MEETS FACTORY SPECS
    TESTED OK.

That is it. I hope to get out to the range Sunday morning and see how it runs.
