Went to get a Blue Label 48 but no stock at my LGS. Came home with the 43X instead. Starting to really like this handgun. Put the new Talon Pro grips on it and my TruGlo Pro with the orange front sight was delivered this morning. My G-Code holster IWB will be here Monday. Really like the way it feels. Might become my warm weather full time carry.

I’ll be picking up my new 43X on Monday. Background check took forever on Thursday and I couldn’t wait around. I debated on getting one but with the current situations I decided now was the time. I traded a LCP in and some cash on a blue label. Now all my pistols are Glocks.

That 43X is a good little shooter and 'for me,' it is very accurate with all my hand loads and factory rounds as well. Bought two G48's as well, and again, 'for me,' I do like the 48 balance best, BUT, you didn't hurt yourself getting the X, you'll like it amigo! Just to toss in, mine, in fact all three, seem to like 124/147gr bullets the best. Most guns have their own personality when it comes to bullets weights, 'sometimes,' not always. Most shoot just as good with this weight , as that weight, and differences are usually 'very minimal,' but I do have hand guns, and long guns, that just give me better accuracy with a given weight. Then again, at SD distance, it don't matter a hill of beans! ;)

    Enjoy it and stay safe!

Congrats on a great new shooter!

The 43X is one of Glocks best.

If you can find them get the SHIELD ARMS 15 round magazines. That makes the G43X a GAME CHANGER!

Congrats! Looking for a G43x to go with my G48. Great SD pistols!

    My 43x is my EDC.

Great size, great balance, capacity only shortcoming [IMHO]

Congrats. For us, our G43 does three vital things very well:

    1. Absolutely reliable;
    2. Very good practical accuracy; and
    3. Hides conveniently.

Very pleased with ours and expect you will be also.

    We trudge on.

Mine pinches the base of my palm between the base of the magazine and my grip I guess.
Other than that it is very nice.

I bought one as a blue label a few weeks ago. It's a very handy gun to carry. I'd rather it be a 357 sig, but I guess it would need a beefier slide.

I bought a 48 a while ago. Thought the 43X would not appeal to me. Put the 43 slide on the 48 frame and I liked the feel better. Just my preference.

    43x is a great gun.

    I like the 43 also.

But that full grip of the 43x really hits the spot :)

I haven't bought one yet (can't find one right now), but I'm pretty much settled on it. I tried out the 365 ... feels like a small gun. I mean it is a small gun, but it has that 'small gun feel.' Like my Kahr pm9. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it means compromises. Pinky dangles, can't actuate the mag release without rotating the gun on my grip, etc. The 43X and 48 don't have the small gun feel.

The 43x is the gun that made me look at Glocks. I’ve never been a fan and honestly I’ve been pretty critical of them in the past but the 43x is the absolute perfect EDC gun for me. With the 15 round mags it’s pure perfection.

15 rounds in a 5” grip is a game changer?

Now order 5.11 shorts, 2 inches too big. You'll have extra room for IWB or front pocket carry. I like my 43x in a Desantis Nemesis front pocket holster or in a Kramer Leather below the waistband clipped between my belt and my shorts at 4:00. I also love the Safariland 123 horizontal mag pouch for an extra mag.
