Pre-formed walls? How are they tied together?

    Tilt walls.
Welded at the bottom to drilled piers. A bottom is welded to a top wall which is welded to the roof girder.
I couldnt get close enough to see what broke

Stuff is weaker during construction. A beautiful barn was being built. (Show barn for horses) cement block 6’+ high. Lowering a old style gabled barn loft onto it.
Strait line winds. Spread over hundreds of yards. It wasn’t fully secured. There was a insurance issue, lawsuits...
Not as bad as when poor foundation.
I walked over site to be poured that morning. I sank into the gravel to my knees. They spread gravel over muck. I found owner, told him. He got his boots dirty. They had to dig out the area, get more gravel. The cement would have failed in couple yrs.
