Its a slow friday afternoon at work. The office is empty for the extended holiday weekend and I decide to check if the Waldorf results are posted. What did I find.....? ;G

It appears that the mud tromping in shorts and a windbreaker on Saturday was worth it. Toping C class is not exactly where I would like to be shooting, but another Glock is another Glock.

It was nice meeting you all this weekend and I thank those who offered me pants to borrow in the sub 60 degree weather.

Look forward to seeing you all in Statesville, but Statesville is so far away........

    Later

    BUCK :)

I think there is a calculation error on Team Chesterfiled in Am/Civ.

The total for Team Sidearmor #3 should be 388.59 and not 443.90:rolleyes:

I told 'um as I left work, that somebody would catch that "Team Chesterfield" error before I could get home. Good thing I printed some copies before the correction. I knew we shot right at 400 and those individual Sidearmor scores are soooooooo low that the tally had to be wrong. Congrats guys and gals.
Mcginnes, we may not share a ride, but I look forward to meeting you. Nice shooting. Now, if only I could move my comp. score sheet into the Am. Civ pile. Both classes were shot with my 17 w/night sights. So much for using Comp class sheet as a warm-up!

Good eye DannyR. Looks like they forgot to add Mr. Gay's time to the total for Team Chesterfield. Don't know where Sidearmor #3s extra 55 seconds might have come from. These things happen.

Also, in competition class (shooter No. 59), 5 to GLOCK: the results indicate that I recieved 4 seconds in additional time, my records indicate that I should have recieved 6 seconds in additional time. The difference doesn't change the standings, but I thought I should point it out.

    Take Care,
    Michael

Does anyone remember this little-know rule?

Share the Plaque Rule 48-3-27-D1 Sec. E .1907 (from page 4317 of the Code of Smyrna) clearly states:

If, a team is from an adjoining state with a 1 handgun per month law, and
If said team shoots on Saturday in the mud and wind, and
If that team consist of all overweight shooters, and
If affiliated teams score multiple plaques, than
The team finishing fourth (4 th) shall have the middle score deducted from their total and re-classified in the team standings

    ;)
    ;f
    ;e

    Well, I didn't thing so!!!!!!!!!

First, THANK YOU GSSF Staff and Waldorf RO's for putting on a GREAT and FUN match!

Second, THANK YOU Ms. Jackie for the incredible turnaround time on the Waldorf scores! If I can shoot the 5TG as fast as you do things with computers... I'd be ELATED! You are up there with another favorite of mine at Glock... Ms. Vicki.

Third, THANK YOU Sidearmor, Patricia and Coach DannyR for your support of the team! Go Sidearmor!

Also, THANK YOU Mr. Gaston Glock for bringing my G30's and G21's into the world!

CONGRATULATIONS to all my Sidearmor teammates, all the Winners as well as all that had FUN!

Now... on to the next Match!
    :) ;c :) ;c :)

1st - Thanks for the kudos but I can't take credit for the scores anymore. This 2002 competition season is being handled exclusively by your GSSF Staffers. I only put 'em up AFTER they finish with them! I was statistician last year for the most part but have been moved officially back to the IT Department.
2nd - It was fun traveling to the matches and meeting everyone but now I'm here with you only as GSSF Webmeister and friend.
3rd - I'm working on a link that will allow you to send messages (NOT EMAIL) to the staff directly from the website. Look for notification soon!

I hope you continue to support the GSSF and staff the way you've supported me!

    Jackie
