I have my CPL and I seem to recall reading somewhere that the 5 day waiting period for handguns is waived if you have it. But I can't find that link anymore. Does anyone know if that's (still?) true?

I was thinking to go up to Federal Way Discount when I get off, but if theirs a 5 day waiting period I'll prolly just wait a day or two when I have more time. Todays my Friday, I'm off for a couple days as of 07:30 YAY!!

It is waived, pending the instant background check. ;)

Confirmed, my FFL-holder guy handed my G27 over after getting my paperwork, making a simple 5-minute phonecall and receiving his fee.

Ooops, forgot to update. I went that same day and got a Keltec PF-9 as they didn't have any PM9's. Shoots good and was way cheaper. I had no problem just buying it and walking out with it. :D
