I've been watching our state's video voters guide. I was particularly interested in the Insurance Commissioner's race as the incumbant, Mike Kriedler, has been going after the Armed Citizens Legal Defense Network.

I was planning on voting for the Republican challenger till I saw this clown's official candidate statement.

    WTF? Please watch.

WTF? about sums it up. Holy *&^%! Did that guy win a primary?

"I am an autistic savant" doesn't inspire me with confidence unless I need a guy who can count toothpicks really fast and is an excellent driver.

He was endorsed by some firefighter organization. The Libertarian he beat supports gun rights and abolishing credit checks for insurance applications.

I'm appalled but at least he gets his underwear at Kmart.

I used to vote person rather than party - not any more. Red all the way.

To be fair, that probably higher cognitive agility the Democrat candidate for President of the USA and a more honest way to get on the ballot than the Democrat candidate for Vice President of the USA.

You're right about that, but "better than Biden" isn't a very high recommendation, even for a state insurance commissioner.

They all take marching orders from their party leaders. Every single one of them. Party trumps person every time.

It's Washington. Even the Republicans are Democrats.

Well, you have someone in office who sucks. Vote for someone else. Even if the guy is clueless, it will mean someone else in a couple years. The people who run the day to day will continue to run the day to day, but the political component will change.

I don't think everyone under the democrat banner is bad. I am sure there are local candidates who are good. If you know them, know their views, vote for them.

As far as Pres. we have 3 options:
    1. Current guy, did pretty good until the C19, if we look at the numbers. And yes I think he is not someone I would be friends with.
    2. We have someone who has been in office for 47 years and I can't think of 47 things he has done to help the country. BUT he sure has helped himself and his family.
    3. We have the libertarian candidate. If you are in a state which is 100% decided, this might be useful. But the libertarian candidate doesn't have a chance of getting elected.
