We need a place to discuss this very important topic without interfering with normal conversation.
But I think that if someone wanted to discuss Hot Chocolate without marshmallows, they should be forced to get their own forum started. It's only natural.
I agree. ;f
im in, are we gonna have a fuzzy slippers forum too????????????? ;f ;a
I'm sorry, I'm now moved to Florida and can longer see the relevance of Hot Chocolate with or with out Marshmellows...
Give it a year or two. When winter comes along, you'll be wishing for a nice mug of hot chocolate, sitting next to a roaring fire.
;f ;f ;f
What about smores. Could they be discussed in this forum as well? Provided it didnt include the deginerate practice of flaming the marsmellows?
But have you ever tasted flamed marshmallows? When I was a little girl, we had a cottage that we would go to several times a year. We would have a fire outside of the cottage and sit there until late in the evening. I remember finding the perfect roasting stick and my dad would make a great point on it. When I was a bit older, I'd be able to make my own point. I'd put the marshmallow on the stick and stick it in the fire. I'd watch it burn just for a few seconds, blow the fire out and take off the burnt skin. I'd eat the skin and stick the marshmallow in the fire again. I'd do that maybe one more time.
Now that crochetmama is through rambling down memory lane I have a pertinent question to ask you there Scotty.
Can we discuss colored marshmallows and hot chocolate?
That's just gross.
Colored marshmallows? or marshmallows of color?
I do that too. But I do it three times usually. By then the inside is all gooey and messy.
I thought I was the only one who deliberately set their marshmallows on fire ^5
