When this thing debuted at SHOT show, I asked why the two-fingered trigger, and someone said that having two fingers on the trigger satisfied the NFA. Still seems weird to me. Maybe someone more familiar with NFA regulations can enlighten us both.

The NFA says a gun can not fire two consecutive rounds with one pull of the trigger, since they a simultaneous and not repeating it is allowed. The long trigger was stated by a SHOT rep as giving more leverage for those who have less hand strength.

I could also keep pulling that trigger while attempting to grasp the gun with the ring and small finger.

8 rounds in 3 seconds? Maybe you need more triggerz.

Well, I'm in a conundrum. I LOVE revolvers. I have now met the one that I have absolutely zero desire to possess.

BTW, thanks for sharing PWR. It's just not for me. :fred:

I have some .357 rounds that contain 2 lead balls. Six trigger pulls and 12 holes.

From what I understand, the NFA multiple-shot restriction of the S333 is satisfied by the fact that the shots come out of separate barrels. Therefore, it is considered a "volley gun" (akin to a double-barreled shotgun), and not a "machine gun."

Aw, c'mon, Berto -- you're my Main Man with the Taurus View, the HS Derringer, and some other cool toys...!

For that same weirdness/ funkiness/ Mad Max post-apocalypse cobbled-together factor, I find myself pulled toward the S333. I just have a thing for ungainly-looking and iconoclastic pieces of hardware. Hey -- the Governor is one of my favorite handguns.

I just wish Deckard's Blaster was for real...

Perhaps it’s designed for those rare occasions when simultaneously confronted by a menacing scrub jay and rabid squirrel.
