Defining districts is not "rigging" unless the GOP does it

Democrats do this whenever they get the chance.

I know who my congressman is today, but I don't know who will inherit my neighborhood for the next election.

Well, the facts are the facts. Stories from conservative outlets will say the same thing.

I kind of doubt if the conservative sites will say "admit to rigging" unless they are talking to Dems in Ohio

Then it will be easy for you to pull the same story from a more objective source, won't it?

Gerrymandering has typically been the spoils of war for whoever is in power when it's time to redraw the map... First I ever heard of it being so egregious is unconstitutional.

I suspect this must have been one of the few times it was challenged in court...

What is not 'objective' about this story? What is inaccurate or false in the report?

That was the opinion of the Court, that the Legislature drew Districts in NoVA to favor Republicans. The Republicans did not dispute the fact that the way the boundaries were drawn would benefit themselves. Here is the Brief linked in OP. It's a small pdf file without all the attachments.

I still don't see any more "rigging" than the other side does when they are in power.
Perhaps you have a slightly left leaning non objective view of what your opposing party does as "rigging" implying illegality and stealing elections but your side is perfectly justifiable and permitted in the same practice..

In other words, liberals are outraged and offended by their own tactics and practices being used against them.

Don't like it, campaign for the other side (but I bet you do already)
