They just turned 20 today. In college and maybe getting married. One of them :dunno:

IMO, itdepends on the violation and who was controlling the appendage. I see a fortune in unlawful detainment lawsuits being made.

And, then what if the angry husband, (as "one" is engaged), decided not to pay bail? A sticky wicket to be in, for sure.

What kind of loser cop would cite a person like that? I think they have it bad enough.

Someone who is doing his/her job. Why would you have a problem with it. It's not like they are not human. He/she might let things go with a warning for all you know. But, regardless of the fact that they are conjoined twins, they are subject to the same laws as their peers.

Maybe a ticket for each of them?
I wasn't a big ticket writer, myself, but something like this was never covered in any of my training.

Then there is this marriage thing that they are entertaining. That could get a little awkward for the fellow at least. And, what about the one who is not yet married? Or, will she be the sister who never marries? What kind of moral standards cover this?

I was just thinking if you give them both a ticket, the judge will probably throw it out.

Tow the car, it doesn't matter whose name it is on the tow form.

The "original" Siamese twins, Chang and Ang, both got married and both lived normal lives in separate houses... taking turns to go to each house for a few days. It worked for the duration that they were alive.

However, when one died, the other died soon afterwards. The shared circulatory system just won't handle it.
