    why does olive garden not serve it? I love olive garden...but the only place around me that serves it is a lil place called giovanni's downtown...and it always made me wonder, why a place that serves itallian type food doesn't serve veal? anyone have the inside info?...

    if you ever seen how they treat thee animals fro mday one in 4 x5 boxes . you would not look at veal again . the process is unreal . ive seen it

    idk...the defac at fort richardson got me hooked. i don't doubt that it is inhumane, and i am an animal lover, but me not eating it isn't going to affect the way it works. and veal is amaaazing with some marinara and p-cheese.

    This. One of the greatest Italian dishes is Tuscan wild boar
    (I think it's called cingerreri? ) and Olive Garden isn't ready for $60 entres. HH
