I'm searching for a tutorial on the G30 that will help me make an educated trade decision on my first Glock pistol. A link to a good general article on G30's would be great!
All I know so far is that I'm being offerred a G30. Looking around this site I find information about how to inspect a used Glock and about aftermarket triggers for the G30, but not much else specific to the G30. Examples of useful information are: are there 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation G30's? Do different generations automatically come with different sight configurations (e.g. night sights vs non-NS)? Do all G30 generations come only in the short frame configuration? Can all generations of the G30 use G21 13-round mags? ...other good questions???
Thank you for any help you can offer.

The G30 is available with std sights, adj sights or night sights. It can be had in a std frame or SF. All G30's will accept the current generation G21 mags. I am not aware of and G30 explicit articles.
