Ok so ive been searching but was wondering where else to get a complete upper from? Looked at bcm, psa and aim surplus can't really find any where else. Looking to spend $400-600, 700 at the most!

So, you already looked at 3 of the best sources. What else are you looking for? What are your requirements, beside prices? :dunno:

I would like a 16" or 14.5" middy. I'am trying to see if there are any other options besides the three? Are spikes uppers sold anywhere else besides they're site and aims.

AIM should be getting in some more Spike's BGM Dissipator uppers soon.

16" with middy gas system and a rifle-length front sight position. 1:7 twist, NATO chamber.

Check Primary Arms. Good prices and customer service.

Check out Midway, they have some very good sale prices on uppers going on now. I picked up a DPMS Oracle upper from them this week for $377 delivered.

Okay so I just got my bcm 16in middy lightweight upper just need my bolt carrier group and charging handle those I have picked out. Just trying to figure out which hand guards to get I would like some sort of extended guards I'd prefer two piece so I don't have to take off the fsp I appreciate the input.

Thanks guys for the previous advise

The only extended rail I know of is from Daniel Defense, and you'll have to pull the FSB off to change out the barrel nut.

First thought I had was like the DD FSP rails, where the top rail extended in front of the FSP, not just the sides and bottom.

Yeah I'm sure that's more along the lines of what he's looking for but the Centurion is the only one I can think of that uses the stock barrel nut.
