I want 2 desktops and 2 notebooks. When is the best time to look for the deals? I'm checking Dell's 10 day sale and have been "kinda" keeping an eye out for a few weeks. I wanted dual core processors on all 4 and the notebooks to have wireless cards (centrino?). I like to stay under a grand each for the notebooks.
Is there a good time or site?
    Thanks

I know nothing about the notebooks :(

Is building a possibility for ya? Well...either way you might want to wait for AMD to start supporting the DDR2 memory which should be very soon ;) Especially if you are a gamer :p

I just picked up an Acer TravelMate 4220 notebook. Dual core Centrino processor, 100gb hdd, 1gb ram, 802.11 a/b/g wireless card, etc. Paid $1100 out the door at my local CompUSA

For Dell Deals try GottaDeal and XP Bargains

The best prices seem to be toward the end of the month or the end of a quarter (which just ended).
