Hello All, I just wanted to take a moment and update the forum regarding my post from last month. Major RUST in brand new GLOCK 17. (Gen 3) (http://glocktalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1187757) The gun in question was returned on 2/24/10 using a prepaid FedEx shipping label provided by GLOCK. Yesterday, 3/25/10, a package arrived from Glock, Inc. Per my request, I received a brand new G17 to replace the new gun I returned. The replacement pistol looks great and Im sure Ill get many years of good service out of it. Kudos to GLOCK for following through on this and restoring my faith in the company. Ive been a loyal GLOCK customer for many years now and will continue to purchase and recommend their products with confidence. THANKS GLOCK !
