JJ Gallion has been convicted of aggravated involuntary manslaughter. He was sentenced to 13 years. ( The judge suspended one year) He is the person who under the influence of drugs crossed the center line and crashed head-on into the Harley-Davidson ridden by Christopher Stewart Payne. Mr. Payne shot with us at Waldorf last year. The state laboratory said Gallion's blood showed high levels of drugs, including Valium and marijuana.
