I was just issued new long sleeve uniform shirts and the sleeves are about 3" too short. I'm trying to find a brand that makes a medium long sleeve shirt with longer arms.

The shirt we are issued is a navy 5.11 class B. They make tall sizes, but only in large and above.

You need a decent shirt sized by neck and arm length instead of S-M-L-Xl-XLL sizes, unless they have long/ tall sizes.

Fecheimer and Flying Cross make such uniforms on a to order basis. We had an officer that was about 6'10" and muscular.

Have your uniform supplier ask if 5.11 make such uniforms.

Find somebody to tailor a large one for you. It may well come out looking even better than the medium.

6'3'' and around 220 here (give or take). The only decent fitting uniforms are the 5.11 ones. I get the large tall and make sure the pants are hemmed correctly. Very comfortable.

I'm 6'5", 170lbs. I'm a tall version of our resident CA Svelte #copmodel. You know who you are, you handsome devil

Anyway, my shirts are Elbeco and I was able to get a skinny neck with long-enough sleeves. In fact, I had the sleeves shortened on mine. I think my shirt is a 16-35? I can check. My uniform shop tailored the body and they fit great.

The large is so incredibly oversized that it would look strange tailored. I have to get my mediums tailored as is.

I'll check them out. Thanks. I thought I was svelte at 6'2 170.

You ARE a skinny fella! Maybe experiment with rifle plates under your shirt to take up room, lol. If that fails, there's always pizza and beer.

Easier to go up in neck size and have that altered than to settle for a regular and have the sleeves too short.

5.11's uniforms are sized S/M/L/XL/etc with short, regular, and long lengths which cover sleeve length and shirt length. There is, or at least was, a conversion on their site, however I believe a large is designed for a 16-16.5" neck
