im not to thrilled with century arms ..

i ordered some ammo and parts from them about 3 weeks ago,

they do some BS liability statement that they have to have a copy of,

but of course they charge your credit card ahead of time,

so a day or two after i place the order i get the call that i need this form to be faxed from them, so the next day i fax it, not hear anything from them,

then i get a call the next week saying they need it,

    so i fax it again,

then i call the next to verify that they have it .. the guy i talk to for like 30 minutes then he puts me on hold for another 15-20 minutes, then comes back and says that the guy he needs to talk to is busy so he will call me back,

    never calls me back,

    i email them no reply,

then another week or so later deanna calls me telling me they ran out of stock and they are canceling my order .. sorry ..

and to this day my account has had the 300+ dollars taken out of my card,

and it still taken out of my account at the moment

i dont think i will be shopping at century again ..

never had a problem wiht them. you sometimes run into problems when you are ordering from companies the first time. best just to get a C&R license and fax it to everyone you can think of before you ever need to order. some companies have different people processing orders and filing permission forms. orders won't ship without forms.

That have to verify your over 21 on ammo purchases. If you didn't send in the form with the order, the first problem was self caused.

The rest looks like bad luck

Amen to that. I order everything on my Amex. They will fight like hell for their customers.

im giving it till monday to show back up in my account then im calling my bank,

they are pretty good about this type of stuff, i had my credit info stolen before and they credited my account while they were doing the investigation ..

also forgot to add that the lady Deanna was very rude to me on the first call like i was hassling them trying to give them my business

Have the bank or credit card company recover your money and move on. That firms has been mentioned here on GT before, did you search for any negative posts before you ordered? :whistling:

i did search for it a bit, but nothing really showed up other than some slow shipping times which i was willing to deal with,
