So it's not just the tv still on, I actually wanted to watch this.

It's corporate bosses though, and everyone knows they are on tv, but under the guise that it's for a documentary. I thought it would be hidden camera action.

I guess it will be an interesting series, at least for one season til everyone gets wind of the idea.

I usually hate reality shows, but the first show was excellent.

I'm looking forward to the Hooter's show next week.

yeah but these people don't know they are on a reality show. That's usually my biggest problem with that crap, everyone is playing to be the big star so they can get their own show.

Yeah, im really liking it. I hope the guy from WM is really the class act they portray him as. How would you like to be the guy who fired the COO of the company?

Previews for show #2 look to be just as promising as the first episode was.

First episode was pretty good. I agree though, that this is a better class of show because the regular employees aren't trying to ham it up for the cameras.

First episode was quite touching. Almost shed some tears. Very inspirational.

I also thought the show was pretty good. I think I may add this to my very short list of tv shows that I actually watch.

I would love to have our CEO come see what we have to put up with on a daily basis.

The Hooters episode looks like it's going to be good... Sexual harassment anyone?

My Dad used to be in Executive Management there at Waste Management. It was particularly interesting to me, as my Dad used to do something like this with the drivers, etc. on occasion. He'd go in at 3AM and run the morning routes with drivers across the country a few times a year to see where their heads were at and what they could be doing to treat them better.

Really getting out there throwing trash and talking to the guys making you all of the money is exactly what all managers should be doing. The business world would be a better place if they all did this.

Kudos to CBS for finally producing a quality reality show.

    Amen to that!

I think most CEO's aren't intentionally trying to screw over anyone. I think they just don't know any better, since they have no clue what their regular employees actually do.

I think many think they are much better than the people under them and do not respect what they do. The managers where I work seem to go out of their way to ignore what we do.

I thought it was a good show but I think Janice knew who he was, she was laying it on pretty thick. I know I would know senior management at my company if they showed up.

Good show, but I wonder how "real" is it is.
