I had to go to a meeting last night and when I came home my wife had everything laied out to make hamburgers: 1/3 lb patty - liberally covered with a dry rub for steaks and garlic powder - grilled. Swiss Cheese melted on the hamburgers Bacon! Grilled red onions Lettuce Tomatoes Toasted "Everything" bagel in lieu of a bun condimints of our choosing (mustard & mayo for me) OH BOY was that good! Forget buns - I am going with bagels from now on. We have a grocery which makes bagels - we have taken with using them for most everything - we make bagel garlic bread to eat with pasta, bagels for BLT sandwiches, and now bagels in lieu of buns for hamburgers.
