    I understand the bias of the site where this little bit of wit originated. As with any agenda driven item, it presents a skewed perspective. Happily such opinion is not restricted by the COTUS. To call it a cartoon is not necessarily disparaging. There are many excellent examples of cartoons that have been important to political discussion. This is not one of the best. But it has its uses.
