Turkey Giblets...

    I pan fry them.









    Then feed them to the dogs...

    I let giblets flavor the gravy. Then the dogs get them.

    I boil them to flavor my gravy too...then my father eats them ;g

    That's for sure...!

    I simmer mine on the stove and if any make it long enough I dice them up and put in the gravey... I usually eat the neck and heart though...

    simmer in water until tender, then chop up and put into stuffing mix before cooking it.
