So currently I wear a Wilderness Instructor belt with a 5 stitch for my everyday belt. It's a great belt to carry my holster on, easy to put on, and very strong. However, I have finally realized that the buckle is pinching my tshirts and now all my shirts have small holes down around the buckle area. I tried emailing them a month ago to see if it was a known issue and if they had a fix, but no one ever replied. Therefore I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for another belt that would be similar in the size, stiffness, and ease to put on? And would really want one that doesn't pinch my shirts!

Have you looked at the Wilderness Frequent Flyer belt? It's the same belt with two nylon (?) rings instead of a metal buckle. It's a little lighter, a little more discreet, and it won't clank or set off a metal detector.
