log on to www.grilllovers.com to get the lodge pizza pan (heavy duty about 37$ shipped and worth every dime!) it cooks great pizza's on the grill AND .....wife buys sara lee maple ham at local krogers store, rye bread buttered on both sides( butter only,not margerine) warm grill on med. high, one slice baby swiss on each end with plenty of the ham. place pizza pan on grill after warming grill for about 10 minutes-- brown rye on each side untill med. dark on each side. remove and top with, mustard and or onions ? best sandwhicw ever!! watch that cast pan, hot, hot!! ALSO lasagna---use your best homeade receipe in the pan you always use. warm up grill in same manner as above use pizza pan to set lasagna on top of. (on direct grill it would probably really wreck your lasagna pan! much too hot!) it takes 40-50 minutes to "bake" lasagna in this manner--check it about every 10 minutes, and turn pan around a few times. this cooks the lasagna in a great way, and no lighting of your oven in the summer time..!! when it bubbles for a short time, 4-6 minutes it is usually done. hope you get the chance to enjoy these dishes like we have and I will try to post a delicious veggie pizza receipe if anyone is interested. it also is very good!!
