A friend of mine just purchased a new, Gen 3 G19 and the Trijicons in the pic are what came on it. I haven't been able to find these available separately. They aren't even shown on Trijicons website. Are they available anywhere to be purchased?

Might be the glock night sights. I can't really tell from the picture.

I can't either, too much of a glare.

You can have night sights installed at most gun shops or, do it your self with the right tools.

As mentioned, the picture is washed out by the bright flash.

I bought a new G19 last week, test date of 2/10/12. I has these sights on it. The front is the standard Trijicon HD, and the rear is a almost like a standard black sight with a neon green strip in the groove. While the front sight glows, the back does not.

I can try and take some high res photos if anyone is interested. It is a perfect setup for those that prefer a black rear and front night.

Here are some photos of the one I bought last week. This was how it came from the factory, with test date of 2/10/2012.

    Yep. Ameriglo CAP sights.

Interesting that these are direct from Glock. What sight configuration did you order?

I guess its what Glock is using now. Here is a Picture of the night sights on my G19. All the Glocks with night sights at this shop had these night sights on them.

:cheerleader::cheerleader::cheerleader:They also have another configuration for some glock models.. The green/green combo is out of stock.. But for the 21's and other certain models they offer orange.. Mine should be arriving tomorrow.

Dont think so....HD's wouldn't glare like that in the rear due to it being serrated.

Trijicon HD's are a specific set of sights, Trijicon makes tritium for other sight manufacturers, but Ameriglo is still designing their own sights.

    Here is Trijicon HD's

The front sight of the AmeriGlo CAP sights has a square photoluminescent outline whereas the Trijicon HD front sight has a circular outline. The CAP front sight is likely brighter in normal daylight because of the larger area provided by the square outline.

So, for those of you running the CAP sights, what's the verdict? I'm very interested in these sights but have used three dots for so long I'm not sure how I'd acclimate to them.

Get the real Trijicon HD's! you can find them on amazon for 106 bucks generally! Search for them around here, I call them the new standard in NS.
