is the trigger guard installed backward in the lower. thanks for the input.
I think so as the dip should be by the finger. But it looks good.
Impossible because buttstock end is roll pinned and muzzle end has push button for glove mode (flip down).
It's the design shape that is throwing you off.
I think it is. What brand?
does not say came in kit
I've not seen a trigger guard where the short part is toward the front.
Unpossible to do.
Does the guard install with a screw on the front?
the barrel side has the disconnect
Kind of a weird design as the guard will stick out when you fold it down against the grip. I've been out of AR's for a few years, though, so...
The long leg is towards the pistol grip, so it's in the correct orientation. What looks to be a second roll pin is a set screw which renders this design, probably a Magpul "MOE", into a non-winter trigger guard.
Magpul doesn't orient that way.
You're right, hmmmmm...but it still does seem to be in the correct orientation, or maybe I'm seeing things, LOL.
Just install the barrel where the stock should go and the stock where the barrel should go and no one will even notice.
The roll pin can only go in on side. Period.
it was in the right way. if turned around the guard blocked the mag well
Interesting, thanks for clarifying. Might you know who made the lower kit that it was part of?
no came in a kit no name
