Tonight I took 4 pork chops ans seasoned them with salt, pepper, and onion powder and grilled. Sauteed onion and 4 cloves of minced garlic. On each plate, I made a bed of brown and wild rice, placed a pork chop on top , then put on some of the sauteed onions and garlic then topped with some cream of mushroom. DELISH!

Sounds good. Grilling season is back!

Thank goodness for the extra daylight starting this Sunday!! I plan to mark the date by grilling lots of dead chicken meat.

I don't mind the cold (or heat), but I have a lot more fun grilling in the daylight.

Believe me, we use our patio grill year round, but the evenings with daylight to grill and sip a brew while enjoying the view are "the season" around here.

    I ground 1/3 sirloin & 2/3 chuck. Nice burgers.

Get a Panini Press and lightly press those Burgers--- buns and all---crispy and toasty!

I do that with wraps and sandwiches...

And last night it was shrimp, ****aki mushroom & roasted beet risotto. Note to self: layer the beets on afterward. Instead we got the (predicted) lurid, magenta colored Dr. Seuss food.

    Great flavor, however.
