Well, here is my next contribution to this forum. Tomato, Basil, and Brie over Pasta 3 or 4 ripe tomatoes, diced (I like to use very ripe, garden fresh Roma) handful of shredded fresh basil 1 wedge of Brie (cut into small chunks) 2 cloves garlic 2 tsp of olive oil 2 tsp of vinegar salt and pepper to taste dash of cayenne pepper (optional) Mix all ingredients together. I find it best to let it sit in the refrigerator all day. Take out 1 hour before serving to allow to come to room temperature. Cook pasta and drain. Spoon mixture over hot pasta. Serve and enjoy.
