No lawman has a 9mm round that is called a total metal jacket.

Do you mean the case from a TMJ round or reusing the TMJ projectile?

The case is the same as any other case but a TMJ bullet is just a full metal jacket that includes the base of the bullet being enclosed with the lead core inside. If it was fired the bullet will be deformed and not re-loadable.

Montana Gold calls it a CMJ. Basically a Full Metal Jacket with a little disc at the bottom to seal the bottom from lead.

My Lyman manual usually lists a TMJ with various calibers such as 9mm and 45.
