    The man is an idiot.
I can't believe that he was nominated for President.

It's sad to see those two not realizing their time has come and gone. They are both totally out of touch with the base today. Why don't you all e-mail them a clue?!

McStain is an embarrassment. Friggin apologizing for Trump. Eff him. He gave more respect to Obama.

I lost all respect for him when he and the RINOS threw the Presidential race.

If it had been a prize fight he would have been charged with throwing the fight.

I hope Trump does his best to "clean the swamp" of the RINOS like Ryan and McCain.

    Thanks Arizona.

He is 80 and freshly elected for 6 more years. Expect to see more of his progressive/establishment side over the next several years.

He would have served this great country by staying in
    Vietnam.

They knew he'd lose. It's like Bob Dole in '96 or Romney in 2012.

You've been a loyal guy, paid your dues etc. Now take one for the team, get your name in the history books.

He would never have won. First black President, everyone wanting to be a part of history? He never had a chance, he didn't have to 'throw' anything. Just be himself. Everyone knew he'd lose.

That's because he has more in common with Obama than he does with Trump. NWO and all that. Never forget, he's the guy that sent a surrogate overseas to get that fake dirt on Trump.

    Regards,
    Happyguy :)

If you're sick of John McCain - just listen to his daughter for awhile.

He will seem normal after that.

He has reached his hand across the aisle so many times, his left heel is the only thing left on the Republican side.

Really, I think it's just sad. I used to be a fan of John McCain up through his run for POTUS eight years ago. I don't care what anybody says about the McCain/Palin ticket, they would have been infinitely better than Obama Inc.

Admittedly he pretty much has always has been a centrist at best with right leaning tendencies, though up until then had certainly represented my interests better than any Democrat had. Since then he certainly has dipped off to the left and unfortunately the RINO epithet is all too true. I really wonder what that is all about.

Like me, I don't think McCain will be around much longer to be an aggravation. :)

There is something to be said about reaching the age where other people's thoughts are no longer as important. I look forward to hearing your's for many years to come my friend.

I just had dinner with a friend of mine who served with McCain on the Forestall and the Oriskany. My friend is one of those guys that Trump would like, he wasn't captured or shot down despite flying over Vietnam way more times than McCain. My friend does not consider McCain much of a war hero despite all the medals McCain got for his 23 combat missions (a number my friend finds hard to believe, he thinks 10 to 15 is more likely).
