We fry it in a non stick frying pan in a little olive oil. Season with seasoned salt, lemon pepper, and garlic powder. Any suggestions for variations or improvement? Yea, I know a cast iron skillet would be better........

We keep Old Bay for making Low Country Boil. Good stuff- thanks for the recipe. :)

i eat pan fried chicken alot and use corn flake crumbs ground up in the blender. mix it with flour 50/50 and apply to the chicken. it makes the chicken really crunchy when pan fried. it also works well with pork chops and fish....

I mix in instant mashed potato flakes in my salmon cakes to make them really crunchy. Wonder what they would do on chicken...?

Here is another one for ya. Take skinless chicken and coat with plain nonfat yogurt, then roll in crushed potato chips. YUMMY!
