TIP: How to Re-Arrange the Taskbar Buttons

    Some of us geeks like things to be uniform on our machines. As such, many of us have certain programs that we have running all the time, such as Windows Explorer, Mail, Browser, etc.

    It's nice to have them appear on the taskbar in the same order all the time. However sometimes a program crashes or for whatever reason causes the tasks in the taskbar to be re-ordered. Annoying!

    Well, here's a FREE program that will let you simply hold down a key (ALT) and drag and drop them to re-order them. Simply wonderful, I've been wanting to do this for years.

    It doesn't require installation (although there is also a setup version for download), just run the exe.

    The web site is in japanese, but the program has an English interface.
