A techy question. I write a brillant reply that is long. When I go to post, I'm timed out and have to log in again. When I do and go back to the post, it is gone!

    What to do?

A suggestion: I've had that happen a couple of times. Try clicking the back button and you may come to the screen where you've typed the message. Then you can submit it again.

I've never timed out a reply. How long does it take to get timed out? I'm kind of wordy and surprised it hasn't happened to me.

Eddie - you're just cool like that! ;a

Happens to me on a regular basis. I've never timed it, but it seems to happen pretty quickly IMO.
I always figured it was something set on the serve to prevent 2000 users being constantly logged on. It's a nuisance, but no biggee.
