I have an idea that a solid Romney victory is going to wake a lot of Americans up to the level of media manipulation.
This may be a refrendum, not only on the POTUS, but on the media as well.
Romney's classic commentary on the MSM from his speech at the Alfred E. Smith dinner -- "Obama Embraced by Catholics -- Romney Dines with the Rich" -- has more relevance and resonance with each passing day...
Brietbart also had an article showing that Ohio is about 1% redder than the national vote...so if Rasmussen/Gallup have him at 49+ he wins. Also, while I don't know for sure I thought the margin of +D voters in Ohio in 2008 was lower than the national average of +8.
After months of cooking the books to an extent they could get way with, the margin gets too big to paper over without going to ridiculous lengths. Looks like Time has reached that point ...
I live in West Central Ohio and Romney vs Obama signs run about 5 to 1 in this area for Romney, and a type of sign I never thought I'd see in my 73 years and voting over 50 years. The signs read "Protect Religious Freedom",and these are all over the area. These signs are not just in Catholics yards, but in yards of people of other Christian faiths, there are three within one block of our house who aren't Catholic.Don't hear much about this in the news, maybe the MSM doesn't want to talk about it.Not saying this could be a big factor in the election but who knows.
How can Romney be +15 with independents and still be down by 5? The only way is if the state was more than 51% solid Democrat (which it isn't). The only other ways are 1) Oversampling Democrats; or 2) over-projecting Democrat turnout.
Rasmussen has Ohio tied. I'll take their data over Time any day of the week.
Every time I see that name.................
Well...you have to admit, some religions have prospered under Hussein.
Hah -- yeah, me too!
