I think it is not the law that needs to be added but the "Implementation" of the existing law. We have so many laws regarding firearms regulation/possession but the only parties affected and suffers are the law abiding citizen .:crying:

For someone who is detained because of involvement in an armed rebellion against the govt he sure has the nerve to talk about misusing guns.

"Garbage in, garbage out" applies to the Senate.
If you voted for him, or failed to vote at all, then shame on you.

Sad to say it was also because of the youth vote that got him in.

Trillanes wanted ''maximum penalty for violations committed by public officials..."

Hmmm, so I think what he means is IF SOMEONE COPIES WHAT HE DID then the maximum penalty should be applied to that person...hmmm...that makes sense...it's sort of his version of the COPYRIGHT law hehe. ;)

He used tax payers money for his education ( PMA ). He should have served the people via military service. Takot yata makipaglaban sa mga rebelde, kaya nag decide mag coup de etat, as a way out of military service.

Well he did serve the mandatory 5 year minimum requirement military service for a PMA graduate and more.

He belongs to PMA Class 95.

Andaming scholar/graduates ng ibang government/taxpayers funded schools but are not required by any law to serve the people.

Going back to the topic, does anyone have the full version of the bill?

I tend not to believe news media reports anymore. Sometimes they don't even get the dates correct.
