Anyone use these for deer. I have a 50 cal TC inline and would like io use them over 100 grains of blackpowder. Is this a good combination for deer.

Should work great out to 100 yards or so.

I use 385 Gr. Buffalo bullets in a .54 TC Thunderhawk over 110 Grs of Triple 7.

Anywhere between 80gr to 120gr will hit like a freight train. Just keep practicing at the range to find what is most accurrate.

BTW, I have seen guys that can reliably hit targets out to 200yds with traditional muzzle loading rifles at the Cascade rifle range in Ravensdale, WA. I am not there yet, but its possible if you really bear down and practice.

I have used them in my .54 cal Renegade and they hit REALLY hard, you should do fine as long as you practice.
