Prefab panels will be used and they will be on schedule.
not normal at all to most Chinese. in fact, most Chinese people are repulsed by that. They jus think it's "cool" to eat some weird food.

Not for long.
I know it's not funny, but
I think there is some concrete that can "cure" overnight... I think I remember seeing it on one of those "house surprise" shows years ago where they rebuild a house in one week. I don't know if it is "normal" concrete, and I would imagine it is impressively expensive.
Well, this isn't overnight, but 3 days cure... "hydraulic cement":
At least it doesn't have the RO of measles. That's up around 15 right?
Made in China?
This might be just another marketing ploy of the Chinese.
Not funny, hilarious.
Confirmed case in Chicago.
Article I found while researching masks.
According to the article, Surgical masks, in practical applications, are just as effective as the M95 masks. And, more likely to be worn due to comfort.
And, another article saying the N95 is more effective.
Like scaffolds, bridges, mines and buildings don’t collapse in the United States. LOL
I've heard in the news recently a few mentions of "screening" airplane passengers coming in from China.
How can that be done in a reasonable and cost-efficient manner that actually works?
It sounds like window-dressing to me. Like nothing more than words to sooth scared people.
I wonder if they tested the difference in valved masks vs non valved masks?
Some chick just got popped for bragging online how she was able to fool the screening process.
My experience is chinese culture is very selfish. I am sure there is a lot more of this that isn't online.
A couple in China has left their two young children behind in an airport after their son - who had a fever - was banned from flying amid an outbreak of a new deadly virus, according to Chinese media.
It is said the parents deserted their son and daughter by the departure gate and boarded the flight on their own in the eastern city of Nanjing, leaving airline workers and other passengers in shock.
I'm not sure masks are going to be of much help if it spreads through the eyes too.
I have friends in the tourism/hotel industry. They would agree. Imagine a hotel has 300 guests. 90 are a Chinese tour group. Buffet dinner is included in their stay.
The Chinese hit the buffet like it is the last meal they will ever see. Starting with a blitz on all the “good stuff”. Shrimp, roast beef etc. Filling plates full and fighting with each other to get the most the fastest in order to take it back to the rooms just so no one else can get some. Food is not allowed to be taken from the buffet but they didn’t care.
After the initial blitz on the good stuff they proceed to destroy what is left. Dumping things out. Mixing things together. Dumping things on the floor. Just so the other guests get nothing.
Unfortunately, we are in completely uncharted territory.
China has quarantined more cities since yesterday.
This may fizzle out, or it may not. Watch Mexico. If it gets established there, we’re next.
We’re going to pay hell for our border situation.
Good find and not surprising.
