Action to stop this will never be taken by the US Government. Never happen.

Ask yourself this: if a bunch of "High-Level Government Officials" sat down and hatched a plot to build a gigantic Orwellian database filled with the minutea of our lives, could they do better than these Corporations have done?

Hasn't the Law ruled that the gargantuan databases compiled by these Corporations are perfectly legal for them to maintain, whereas they would be utterly unconstitutional for the Government to maintain?!

And do you suppose there might be some nasty reasons why these huge databases are subsidized by our Government?

Doesn't the reason for those huge subsidies derive from the fact that the Government can access this data at any time and for any reason whatsoever?!?

After all, if such Corporations had not 'sprung up on their own volition' in the environment of Free Enterprise, it would have been necessary for the Government to create them, wouldn't it?

Who needs to commit political suicide by Hiring John F'ing Poindexter to implement a Total Information Awareness database if you have a few Corporations like ChoicePoint at your disposal!!

Smoke and mirrors. Novus Ordo Seclorum, baby.

The sad fact is, if only a portion of the data on any person in those databases was selectively harvested, omitting any mitigating facts and instead focusing on those events and connections deemed 'suspiscious' by a Prosecutor, it becomes obvious that charges of some type could sucessfully be brought against most any American in Federal court.

And remember, this is the same Federal court that has a 97% conviction rate due to false charges, outright suppression of any evidence that might cast doubt upon those charges, not to mention the perjurors and the plea bargains.

Worst of all, since the Government typically exercises its right to withhold the source of their information from your counsel, (you lost that Right three years ago--or don't you remember?) you are effectively convicted the instant charges are filed. Guilty until proven innocent.

Isn't it a order to save America, these 'Patriots' are actively destroying every facet of what this nation once stood for. Stalin would be so proud of them.

He knew that it is fear that keeps the masses cowed and controlled. So it sure is a good thing you voted to enact PATRIOT Act II and III...and IV...

Two million of our fellow Americans are imprisoned tonight, folks.

Two million and counting...and, thanks to the work of Diebold and several million Americans, within the next four years there will be THREE million Americans incarcerated.

It is best to try to forget that you could be the next to go; just go on with your busy life as you always have. Try to forget about the implications and ramifications of all this. And whatever you do, don't even attempt to contemplate what your children will be facing twenty years from now.

Are you suggesting that the murderers, gang-bangers, burglers, arsonists, and other thugs currently in prisons are victims of some vast political conspiracy?

You need to take a walk in a cold rain.
