    ...the Rear Sight Mounting tool.

Seriously, I cannot believe that they had the audacity to put the name "Glock Perfection" on the side of it.

After doing the armorers class, I bought the tool from one of my vendors to have the handle cam out while trying to install a set of Trijicons and not get the sights on at all.

I called Glock and asked what I was doing wrong. The answer: Nothing. The solution: Send it back and we'll give you a refund.

Spoke with the director of training and the response was: We know plenty of people are having problems and we sell the tool anyways. There's nothing we can do.

Unreal. Anyone else having problems with this thing?

I don't have one myself but I've checked into sight pushers. I see complaints of them breaking but never just flat out not working.

Another satisfied MGW customer here (though I bought the pusher for sights with straight vertical sides).

Ditto on the MGW. I've put new sites on all my Glocks (see list below) and have never had a problem.

Here's the ridiculous part. After the handle cammed out, I figured I'd just put a wrench on the hex head and turn it manually.

Being Austrian, I got my metric wrenches before my fractions.

    6mm - too small.
    7mm - too large

Un-freakin believable. I wound up calling a friend of mine who had the old style tool and he got it on in 20 seconds.

I'd rather have the Glock Original Tool than the MGW aftermarket.

Bought mine MGW way back in 1999. It doesn't push evenly because the contact surface is not perfectly parallel to the side of the rear sights, which made out of plastic. So, the MGW tool tend to put a small dent marking on the side of the rear sight. I have to compensate for this problem by shimmering the tool's surface with a piece of tape.

The worst Glock product is their holster. I think I paid eleven or twelve bucks and it wasn't worth it.

I just got a Glock ball point retractable pen. I'm sure it is a Gen 4 pen as regularly it won't retract by itself and I have to push the nib back in by hand...

The Glock pen is the worst product of theirs that I own. It's a decent pen on the outside, but the ink cartridge stinks, it's brand new and it barely writes at all.

Granted, it was free and it looks cool, but I'm still gonna have to find an identical ink cartridge for it so I can actually write with it.

Also, I once got a brand new G23 magazine that FTFed the last round every single time. Glock sent me a new spring for it and now it works perfect.

I say the worst Glock product is the new "crimp on" front sight and front sight tool. I had two G19's that the front sight became loose after one range session for each gun. The front sight wobbled so badly that I had a gunsmith replace both sights with the old "screw in" bolt type. The 9mm is not supposed to require locking adhesive in addition to the crimp (according to some), but if you don't use it, the sight becomes wobbly very quickly. The front sight tool itself was designed by Mickey Mouse, and I broke it trying to re-crimp the loose G19 sights.

    What a bunch of garbage.

Worse Glock product is their plastic sights. A couple of weeks ago on Tactical Arms Larry Vickers and Ken Hackathorn called them slot holders or something like that. Come on Glock! Would it really cost that much more for you to put some decent steel sights on your product?:dunno: I'd pay a few $ more.

I have heard before that they are only good for the plastic sights. I had one and repaired it a couple of times till the silver pusher part snapped in half.
