I liked the base plates that other company made. But heard they’re out of bid’ness. I guess they have taken the baton. Still have 2 shorties with those on. Only way I’d carry the 10 rounders.

I am not sure if they are the same guys but it is the same concept. I have waiting for these for a while. I just got the info from their email to subscribers and thought I would share.

We are not the same company.

When GAP disappeared and never delivered on their promised G43 plates I started toying with the idea of making them.

So now we offer them for the G43, G42, G26, G27, G33.

We are called GeePlate and they are available on our website by the same name.

I too have been waiting for this, and just placed my order. I look forward to receiving it.

As a new entrant in the marketplace for Glock parts, GeePlates has my support and gratitude for picking up the slack that GAP has left, and having done so quickly. Going by the pictures, it looks very nicely done, and exactly what I need more of, for my Glock subcompacts.

I wish you well in your new business

I seem to remember when the GAP plates were around, that some 19 owners liked them because it would squeeze the pinky into the grip better (especially with an undercut trigger guard). USP Compact & P2000 mags do the same kind of thing, intentionally. So just saying, I wouldn't market these as being only for subcompacts. Primarily for subcompacts maybe, but not only.

I neve thought of that application. I am going to try that out as well.

Thus should be a sticky for reference.

Nope, doesn't snag on clothing at all. I've had a GAP brand on my 26 magazines for years and it hasn't snagged my shirt at all.

... and I’ve been carrying my GeePlate equipped G43 for a few days with different cover garments, no snagging issues at all.
