One night, I was hungry for something different at 2AM and threw a hot dog on a tortela, microwaved it and added some mustard. Yummy! Its best with atleast two tortillas.

Okie- Are you down with this?

    I've done it.
I'd usually lightly toast the tortilla on a stove burner.
You can use salsa & cheese to change it up.

Dice up some onions and throw some shredded sharp cheddar on it and it is even better. Been doing that for years.

Got to be a decent sausage though, not some cheap pig parts dog.

I wish I could say half in the bag, but I dont drink much. I should be boozing it up more with the ladies, but I am not seeing that Alcoholic Princess any more. So its a win-win for me, but I do like the nights of Tequila shots.
