bought this and/or tried it ?

is it worth $100 ? sounds like a good idea but :dunno:

no , i am not overweight . weigh 150 at 5' 8" and workout 4 times a week , exerbike , alternate with light weight workouts. and in warm weather i ride a road bike and bike to work everyday. do 5o crunches and 35 push ups daily and have a pretty active job at 63 years old.

just wanted info on this product ....does it really work the lower abs better as said in the tv info ?

Zabo had abs like this back in the 50s and 60s. He did nothing but a couple hundred situps and a couple hundred leg raises every day, and proper diet. He didn't use silly gadgets and stage props to do it.

In reading a bit further about Zabo, it was more like 500 of each, every day. 500 Roman chair situps in the morning and 500 leg raises in the afternoon.

The ball is a great tool, as mentioned by Clint-M. If you're looking to spend ~$100, I think the tool here is a much better option:
