Thanks for the link!
I ditched the plum polymer furniture in favor of wood. TimberSmith unfinished birch hit with a few light wipes of Minwax Colonial Maple and topped with Tru Oil. I added a Hogue recoil pad and Krebs peep sight. Balance is perfect for me.
My AMD 65 with a crapco handguard (I actually like it).
I have that same Galil handguard on my Norinco. I like it as well.

Changed the stock, muzzle brake, and sling.
I also have a Streamlight PolyTac light on a GG&G mount, but I keep it next to my home defense pistol when I am not needing it on the rifle.

That SKS is a Yugo. Excellent rifle.
That's right... this is a WASR3 shooting 5.56 ammo... what about??? huh??
Great set-up! I really like the sling.
The sling worked quite well dispite my apprehension. I tried it for the first time during a Armed Vehicle Operations class last month. It was 100+ and humid but the sling stayed comfortable.
It's a www.sandstormcustomrifleslings.com sling. They have different styles and colors available.
