    Here is page one:

    GSSF Pistol Purchase Program
In an effort to better serve our members, we've made some changes to our original Pistol Purchase
Program. We have greatly expanded the number of participating dealer locations and GSSF Members
may purchase one GLOCK pistol per year at a discounted price by showing a current membership
card to that dealer. NO CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED, just your membership card showing current
membership in GSSF! New pricing is also in effect. These changes should reduce the waiting periods
involved, allow better access to our participating dealers and eliminate most transfer fees while
making the entire process more convenient for our members.
    Member Responsibilities
    1. Member contacts GLOCK for local dealer information, then calls the dealer to be sure they are
participating in the program and that the dealer has the model they want to purchase in stock.
    2. Member takes (current) membership card to dealer along with any other required documents. If
you have lost your card, you must contact GSSF to receive a replacement card. New members
will need to wait to receive new member packet with membership card.
    3. Member is responsible for any taxes or fees as is required by the local, state, and federal laws.
    4. Must meet all local, state and federal laws to purchase a pistol.
    5. You may only purchase 1 GLOCK per year.

WOW! G19 price is only up $26.80 and now, instead of driving 120 miles round trip, I can go to a local dealer and drive only 20 miles round trip. Saves me about 2 hours and 5 gallons of gas. Also beats the heck out of having one shipped to my FFL and paying shipping plus transfer fee. Thank you, GSSF!

Still an amazing deal for GSSF members! Thanks for keeping everyone updated DannyR! The price increase is nothing to be getting upset over, and for being so convenient, I hope no body complains.

BTW: You might want to lock this thread to prevent it from turning into a whining thread like when you announced the change before.

Yup, sounds like my updated experience.

So the old dealer list is void, now we can rely on going straight to Glock.

By the way, if you can't find the right dealer or if they don't have the Glock model in stock....Glock will take care of it by ordering it straight through them.

:brickwall: The old list and old certificate is void after April 1, 2010!

You have pushed me to the edge of sanity. I give up!

I sneaked into the program a couple days before they changed it, and got the old cert. I think the mailed out cert way was better, as it seems to me that they will have a more difficult time enforcing the 1 per year rule. How will the dealers be checking to see if someone has purchased one in the previous 365 days? Just curious here.

So, if somebody has a certificate that they aren't going to use before April 1st, they would still qualify for a purchase under the new system?

I too wonder how the 1-per-year restriction is going to be managed.

So, if I got my G17 through the program last November 2009, do I still have to wait till Nov 2010 to get my next Glock through the program?

i'm gonna assume most of the dealers will be the upgraded stocking dealers?not just any guy that sells a few Glocks.considering the law enforcement dealer i went to was 155 miles 1 way, this will probably be cheaper in the long run for most people.

I called Glock today, and as of 4-2 they will have a dealer within 5 miles of my house, now it is a 4 hour drive(120 miles one way) two trips. I think for $26 I will wait.
