    It looks handy to carry, but standing at the position of attention for 7 miles by be harder than riding a real skateboard.

    Interesting, and inscrutable. I wonder how those little wheels will work with rocks and other obstacles, though. And, of course, there's the battery issue.

    It is a cool idea but has simply walking gotten so difficult that we need this? Just seems lazy to me.

    Looks pretty cool! I saw some guys at a festival here last week finding on something that looked like a Segway with no handles. I think that the Segway thingamajig so would handle terrain a little better!

    look up a penny board. that is the perfect skateboard. this thing is a disgrace to the word skateboard.

    electric skateboards worth having start around a grand.

    Just about the only thing that would look more pathetic to me than a person who uses store wheelchairs just because they've stuffed themselves until they're too fat to walk, is a person who rides on this contraption just because he's too lazy to walk.

    It looks to me like a product meant to fill a certain niche market - people who are almost fat enough to use the store wheelchairs, but not quite fat enough yet.
