    Great pics guys.

Not only have I spent so much hard earned myself, but it looks like I've helped thin some other wallets as well. :tongueout:

I personally have not gotten a new 1911 since early May, but that will change as soon as my Liebenberg gets here. :sigh:

Why do you think it's taking so long to finish it up.

Rinspeed, I'm honestly not sure. I think he's just overwhelmed with work.

There was a 5-6 month delay when they switched hard chrome venders, but the gun has been finished since early fall. I was then waiting for it to be reassembled and test fired.

Its been reassembled, as I got a nice pic of it that's going into a Guns & Ammo article.

I'm just waiting for it to be fired, which I believe was done now. It should be shipping any day.

I guess two years isn't bad. Some of these custom guys are backed up 3 to 4 years and longer.

Naw,.....if I could have found a NIB CBOB I would have bought it,
sent it off to be bead blasted and saved a bit of cash.

I found the Kobra when I was looking for Valors, when I was looking for CBOBs.

Might as well put this here too, BAC reminded me that John M. Browning had a 1935 design as well.
