I have 5 month old yellow lab that has lost all but two of his puppy teeth. But he has gotten all of his adult teeth as far as I can tell. this means that the two puppy teeth and two of the adult teeth are trying to be in the same spot. one of the two is very loos but I cant wiggle it out and the other one is solid. At what point should I start to worry about it.

This is not unusual, lots of dogs get double teeth. If the baby teeth do not fall out. It can mess up the adult teeth. Most dogs lose all their baby teeth by eight months.
I would keep am eye on it. If the one does not start to losen up, by six months. I have your vet remove it.
