So 3 teens break into a house with a rifle. 2 boys 15 and 13 and a 16 year old girl. The girl knocks on the door asking to use the phone. The homeowner say no and as he goes to close the door the 15 year old pops up with the rifle. Now this where it gets unclear, but for some reason the girl try's to mace the home owner hitting no only him but the gunman as well. Now this is where things go wrong for the home invaders. The home owner was a former Marine, meaning he has dealt with mace and other such sprays. The home owner was able to use that time to put the teen into a choke hold disarming him. Unfortunately in the process his windpipe was crushed a few days later. The prosecutor called it heart breaking, and I agree to a degree. It is sad that he set in motion his own death. But the kid had been in and out of juvy 13 times since he was 9. Then in what can only be called an attempt to intimidate the victim the boys family and friend's, nearly 24 of them gather outside the mans house. Because you know it was not his fault he attempted armed robbery. He was a good kid who did not deserve to die, the home owner should have just let him rob them.
