Ya' think? ;-) They were supposed to talk to me about replacement, or credit towards another gun entirely. That was from one of their "Customer Advocates" which is a step above Customer Service, to try and head off these cluster situations. Not too thrilled this feel through the cracks and didn't happen. Again. I do honestly believe they only have low level techs, which I get, but wouldn't there be a "master tech" / actual gunsmith that would handle the repeat offender guns? Curious to know ... who is our resident Taurus spokesperson??? Well, I disagree slightly. From my hard core working days, what I get the feel of is they are organized and operate with good intentions, but there are too many holes in their system and processes that bowling balls routinely fall through it.
