    We had a guy do the same thing a few years ago. "Respectable" local business owner. :upeyes:

    We got the kid from him and he got a corrective action for his trouble.

    Had a guy do that last year with his infant son while we had him at gunpoint in his basement. Jury found him not gulity on reckless endangerment

    I hope so, I can't even imaging why the infant was charged in the first place...

    We have had similar intances also. Had one several years ago that a mother threw the newborn at us in an attempt to get away. Another one last year where the guy held his newborn in front of him. We just rearrested him a couple of nights ago. He got tased twice.
